Bundarra Farm free range ham is preservative-free and all natural. They cure it using traditional methods of soaking in a handmade brine and then hot smoking over red gum. Delicious in lunch boxes or on a sandwich with some gooey Brie cheese and rocket. The colour of this product is not bright pink, rather a pale pinky brown, this is normal with nitrate-free products. Nitrate-free. Gluten-free.
