The Bundarra Chicken meat is deeply flavoursome with tender dark cuts and golden fat that keeps it moist when cooking, ideal for roasting or slow-cooking. Raised on our regenerative farm in Barham, NSW, our chickens are 100% hormone-free and antibiotic-free. They spend their lives pecking, scratching, and foraging across open paddocks, moving every few days to fresh ground under the sun. This natural movement not only builds strong, healthy birds but also enriches our soil with feathers, manure and straw as they go. Sold frozen.
