Organic flour, seeds and dried fruit, whole grains, truly free range eggs and the best honey in the world (Malfroy's Gold, we aren't biased...). We also avoid refined sugar where possible and do not use any gums or preservatives. We treat our ingredients with care and consideration, using skills we have developed over years of baking. Everything is hand-made, artisinal and small batch. We feel blessed to have been embraced by top restaurants and devoted, loyal customers who recognise our commitment to challenge perceptions of what gluten free food can be.
